This panel of blood tests may help to reveal the underlying cause of having unusually low energy or being tired all the time. There are many possible causes for extreme or chronic fatigue such as viral infection, anaemia, poorly controlled or undiagnosed diabetes, Addison's disease, heart failure, hormone imbalance, and low iron or other nutrient deficiencies.
