Hepatitis B Antibody

Also known as Hepatitis B surface antibody (anti-HBs). This test must be interpreted in conjunction with vaccination history and infection status. ​​​In the absence of chronic hepatitis B, anti-HBs 10.00 mIU/mL or greater indicates immunity to hepatitis B.  Please note that an anti-HBs > 10 mIU/mL may reflect either vaccination or exposure to the virus and does not exclude the presence of HBV infection.
