Our Wellness Panel provides a broad snapshot of several important areas of your health in a single blood test.

It has been designed for people who want to better understand their current health, establish a baseline for future comparison or monitor changes over time — even when they do not have a specific medical concern.

Together, these results provide useful information about blood health, metabolism and several major body systems. Testing may identify previously unsuspected abnormalities or risk factors and can help you see how important health markers change in response to age, lifestyle, weight, diet or other changes.

For many people, the value is also in establishing their own baseline. A result that is normal today can provide useful context when comparing future results and understanding changes in your health over time.

A wellness blood panel is broad, but no group of blood tests can assess every aspect of health or exclude every illness. If you have significant or persistent symptoms or a specific health concern, further assessment may still be appropriate.

Sample type: Blood. Ideally, sample should be collected at 8am (see Cortisol specific test for more information).
